I have used JFG a couple of times - for moving a king sized mattress, bed and other furniture and recently they also removed some furniture for me. They are a pleasure to deal with - prompt and flexible when arranging dates for collection and delivery, and the team has been very reliable, friendly and professional on the day.

JFG were so professional and polite from the minute they turned up. Very cheery and nothing was a problem for them. Made the experience of moving to a new home with a very young baby so much less stressful! Thanks so much for your help.

The entire team were a delight. Each day they arrived as expected and simply got on with the job with a smile. Everything was carefully packed, and moved and the team came back the following day for the unpacking. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. I will definitely use JFG Removals again, and would recommend them without question.

Although only a small job it had to be accurately timed as I don't live in London and needed the work done when I was there. When I made the arrangements, nothing seemed to be a problem and I felt that JFG were happy to work with me on this. On the day the work was booked for, two very pleasant young men turned up to do the job arriving exactly on time, and were very capable and efficient and helpful. Would certainly have no hesitation in using this company again.

I was impressed with this firm when the survey for removal was done with courtesy and efficiency but .. boy! - when moving day came, was I pleased I chose this company. They moved me with speed and efficiency and a lot of laughs. What a fantastic firm. They didn't pack - I did - and not an item is damaged.
