Jack is a great communicator, he listened carefully to all my concerns and sorted out what was required to meet my expectations and he then got the job done in good time. His colleague Adam was a lovely man to have working in the house, friendly and professional.

We needed a replacement system boiler and new valves on 21 radiators for our house in Cheam. Jack conducted a thorough site visit and helped us agree the best Vaillant solution. John, an experienced gas engineer, worked hard to complete the work in a week and he was polite and good company. Jack was supportive throughout. I have used Jack Ford for the last 9 years and his work has always been of the highest standard. I have had 2 members of his team for the past couple of years and the service is always up to the standard I have come to expect from Jack.
