Replaced cloakroom cistern & pan
I needed the work completed the same week the request was made, which the plumber was able to do. His communication prior to doing the job was excellent. I was able to arrange to work from home that day & I even received a message the evening before which gave me a 30 min window for his arrival the next morning. upstairs wet room leaking
JFS plumbing contacted me to say he could come and look at the problem . He arrived promptly on the day and time , found the problem and fixed it there and then. Had no problem since . He was polite and easy to talk too, explained what he was doing well .
