I contacted quite a few local roofers but JFS were the only ones willing to take a proper look to diagnose the issue, inspecting via ladders from outside and inside (others insisted on drones/cameras on poles and wouldn't look inside!). They came out very quickly, spent a good amount of time investigating the cause of the problem, gave me a very fair and honest quote and gave options to keep the cost as low as possible. They then carried out the work in good time, and also did me a favour while they were there at no extra charge. Can't fault them at all and will recommend them going forward.
