Good communication throughout and he kept me updated when his van wouldn’t start, even arranging a lift, which we appreciated. Price was fair and he was polite, and the job started well. Unfortunately he left without a handover and afterwards I found cracked tiles, poorly laid vinyl and rushed silicone. I tried calling but got no response.
