    Excellent communication, prompt quote and date for work to be carried out. Arrived on time and carried out the work professionally and removed all rubbish and hosed down the patio leaving it clean and tidy. The owner John was helpful in deciding the choice of finish and his emplyees were very polite.

    New patio falling apart after few months

    John and his team were refreshing and extending our patio. They made a very good impression however a few weeks work there were still inconsistencies, rework and faults. The steps ended up all different heights, the slabs' edges were cut roughly and the slope on the patio was not consistent. Although it was not perfect we were willing to just accept it as it is until - a few months after the installation - all slabs started lifting off. We understand that problems happen and reached out to John to address the situation but he doesn't respond to emails or phone calls.

    Hi I’m sorry to hear this but as explained as we were carrying out the work on your patio that I explained to you on several occasions that from my professional opinion that what you wanted was not going to work but some how it’s my fault???

    Design and installation of a rear garden

    John and his team did a great job of designing and installing a rear garden and gate! They took all the spoils away and supplied high quality materials. John is great to work with, communication, planning and work ethic are some of his top qualities. Would happily recommend, the finished product looks fantastic!
