  Outstanding Service and Exceptional Workmanship

  We are extremely happy with all the house renovations completed by JG Property Maintenance. The guys worked tirelessly throughout the weeks to get everything finished to a very high standard. We really appreciated their work ethic, attention to detail, and the care they put into every part of the job. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the whole team was reliable, honest, and professional throughout.   Fantastic service - quick and reliable

  James was fantastic from start to finish. He fitted a new downstairs toilet / sink etc for us and was so clean, tidy, neat and excellent to finish off our room! We will be using James for any further projects we have!

  A very happy customer.

  We are highly delighted with the work that James and Paul did in completely gutting and restyling our bathroom . They have done a fabulous job. We were very grateful for all the advice and help in making good choices. James was also very good at communicating during every stage of the job . At the end of each day they left everything clean and tidy which was really appreciated. We have no hesitation in recommending JG Property Maintenance for any job.   Trusted, reliable and highly skilled

  One of the best renovations I’ve ever gone through - full downstairs reno with new kitchen, flooring, bi-folds, removal of a wall and painting. Quote was thorough, detailed and itemised - super reasonable and billing was seamless. The site was left spotless every day 1 - even on days where no one was expected and the care and attention to detail was second to none. James, Paul and Other Paul worked tirelessly to ensure that I was happy with everything, snagging was completed as we went and anything that needed adjusting was dealt with. Would never trust anyone else - final result is stunning!

  Shower replaced

  JG fitted a new water pump, shower & shower screen. They supplied a good quote, they arrived on time & carried out work to a very high standard. They throughout work kept me informed & advised as needed. Work was completed on time & they kept bathroom & surrounding area clean & tidy. We are really pleased with work & would deffintely reccomend JD.

  Bathroom Refurb

  James and Paul recently refurbished our old and outdated bathroom. James and Paul arrived punctually each day, and left the house clean and tidy. James communicated very clearly what works would be taking place etc The work was completed to an extremely high level and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We have various jobs planned throughout the house and won’t look anywhere else for a builder other than James and Paul.
