Helpful, honest person.
I rang this Company to give me an estimate on the condition of the flat roof over a bedroom extension. His advert was in my local monthly magazine. Being elderly I am wary of strangers so relied on local information. He arrived the next day and did a comprehensive inspection. His findings were explained to me in words even I could understand.
