The job required organising the visit as well which in this case had involved several parties. Furthermore delivered the good news with no further work required, despite my concerns about its state. I would use their service in the future if we decide to do some heating work. Communications was friendly, patient and reassuring. The explanations were clear and understandable without jargons or too much confusing technical stuff . Even the job required some extra work the end cost was as agreed when booking the job.
