Ridge Tile Replacement (Up to 3 Tiles)

Replacement of up to 3 damaged or missing ridge tiles. This service includes removal of old mortar, re-bedding the ridge tiles with new, weatherproof mortar to ensure a secure and watertight seal. We will also ensure the replaced tiles are aligned with existing roof structure.

Price is for the replacement of up to 3 ridge tiles. Additional tiles will be charged per tile. Access restrictions may affect the final price.

What's not included

  • Scaffolding (if required)
  • Replacement of more than 3 ridge tiles (additional cost)
