I have been using James for a few years now to look after some rental flats we have in Bridgwater. When a tenant moved out of one, we needed to get a new boiler installed quickly and James not only gave us a competitive quote but, knowing how urgent it was, also got the work done within a few days and also did some other jobs to help us out and get the flat sorted as quickly as possible, always at a very reasonable cost. Nothing is too much trouble for him and I can always rely on him to be there when he says he will be and to do a quality job. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
