Saturday afternoon we realised we had a blocked sewer. Tried to clear it ourselves but no luck. We found Jig Solutions on the internet so gave them a call which was picked up straight away, bearing in mind it was a weekend. The guy arrived within the hour and cleared the blockage in no time at all. He cleaned up afterwards and did an excellent job. Hopefully this was a one off, but we would definitely use this company again if we had another problem with the drains

From start to finish great experience, Owen was great, the job was carried out quickly and very efficiently. Owen was very courteous I wish all workman were as easy to deal with . The company kept us fully updated as there was a slight problem on the day which delayed them but the office kept us fully updated 10/10 first class job

We woke up on bank holiday Sunday to an overflow of faeces, tissue and urine! JIG were out within half an hour of calling them! Jacob worked hard to keep the hourly payment within the time frame. He explained everything to us and was very thorough even tidying the awful mess that the blockage had created! There was no pressure for payment on the day which made it even better for us as this was an unprecedented problem that we hadn’t budgeted for. Thank you So much JIG we can’t recommend you highly enough! It’s so reassuring to know there is genuine, professional companies like this out there!

I rang Jig drainage job as I had a problem with the drain in front of my garage door. It was blocking up and I could not get the top off. I rang Paul and he assured me that the guys would come the next day for 9 o’clock, they were prompt. Clean and tidy start to finish fantastic explanation of what they had done and why it was blocking up good price for the work carried out will definitely use again
