Mr Lowther repaired my son's washing machine today, having visited last week to establish what the fault was and then order a spare part. The repair was swiftly completed. We have used this firm before and once more they have proved to be professional, competent, reliable, efficient and friendly. They arrived within the time quoted and left the kitchen clean and tidy. The receptionist staff are also really pleasant and helpful. Thank you very much. We would highly recommend them.

Jim was brilliant, excellent communication. Identified the problem with my oven quickly and replaced there and then. Really helpful and great service.

Mr Lowther arrived with his co-worker at the time advised. Mr Lowther identified and fixed the problem with my electric cooker straightway. The cooker door inner glass panel had moved down and needed readjusting. Mr Lowther did this successfully by moving glass into position and by applying a specialist glue. He told me to wait until the following day to use the oven - which I did - and the problem is now totally resolved. Very pleased.

I had a new dishwasher fitted yesterday by Jim and his trainee engineer (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch), and I couldn't be happier with the service. They were both clean, courteous, and highly professional throughout. The installation was completed quickly and efficiently, and they took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. The booking process was excellent too—they provided a convenient two-hour arrival window and even gave me a courtesy call 15 minutes before arriving, which I really appreciated. A fantastic service from start to finish.
