They carried out a full renovation (kitchen, bathroom, painting, plumbing, garden). There were significant issues with workmanship and the handling of concerns. Repeated plumbing problems shortly after I moved in (leaks, flooding, boiler issues and dishwasher problems). The decorating was poor - many areas still not finished to an acceptable standard after repeated snagging visits. When I raised concerns, the response was rude, personal and involved denying issues that were clearly evidenced in our communications.

Dear customer, 28 Nov 25 my plumber said to you drain outside of your property is partially blocked, you were going get Building management to sort it, you forgot till 31 Dec. it blocked again, since you unblocked your drain 2 Jan 26 and all our plumbing carried on working perfect is proof our plumbing was not a problem. Your decoration we had to complete 8 Dec. you moved in 24 Nov and restricted works and allowed us do only 4 days instead of 9 days, also deducted money from payment for it, saying you will do the snags, 447 texts and 33 e mails to you are more than 0 communication Thank you
