Right from the start, communication was excellent with a fast response to my enquiry and a quick follow up visit to investigate. Jerry did a fantastic job of finding out the cause of the issue and sorting out the repair quickly and for a decent price. I was highly impressed by the service received, it was above and beyond any expectations. I highly recommended JJ and SJ Plumbing and will certainly contact them again for any plumbing needs.

Toilet fill valve not working so was unable to flush cistern

I booked Gerry after he was recommended to me by a friend of mine. He was on time, very courteous and friendly. He carried out the repair and left everything tidy, taking his packing and the damaged parts away with him. will definitely use him for any future plumbing needs.

Replace all toilet internals.

Promt communication, took time to discuss the issue before and after them receiving my photos. Agreed a time the following morning, breakdown of potential costs given ahead of time - knocked the job out in record time, good genuine convincing had and took the time to show what the issue was, how it's been resolved. Super friendly, super professional what more could you want? These will be the first people I call moving forward.
