  Complete lounge makeover

From start to finish, JJB Plastering exceeded my expectations. First of all Jay turned up in time to quote and spent ages talking about our project with us. He then sent us the quote when he said he would and started the job on time. The work involved completely removing the old 1930's plaster from our lounge walls and ceiling, going back to the brickwork. At first we were going to have the ceiling boarded , but we decided at the last minute to have it removed too, which Jay did and didn't charge any extra for. He also successfully smoothed out the corners of the old multi sided bay window, making it fresh and modern looking. Again, this was not in the original quote. Jay took care of the skip for us and kept noise to a minimum as we work from home. Every day Jay and Chris turned up on time and worked flat out. They were respectful of our home, covering flooring etc, clearing all rubbish and even wiping down the windows at the end ! The plastering itself is faultless. Our lounge looks like a show home now - or will once we've painted!! I can't recommend JJB Plastering enough. We've already booked them again for our next job.

  Highly recommended

Really pleased with the plastering on our ceilings. The finish is excellent: smooth, neat and professional. Jay was friendly, quick to respond and turned up when he said he would, and the price was very fair for the quality of work. This isn't the first time we've used him, and we'll definitely be using him again. Highly recommend!

  Best plasterer around !

Jay plastered my house and each wall was flawless. his attention to detail is spot on and I had no imperfections to fill before paint at all! Highly recommended if you want a pristine job!

  Skimming

  3 ceilings & 3 walls skimmed.

Jay of JJB Plastering was brilliant, Jay is genuinely a master plasterer and did exactly what he said he would do and left the areas where he plastered very clean and tidy. He contacted me and fitted me in and kept his promise completely. I definitely would recommend his work. I’m having the rest of my home done soon. A special mention for Chris who did all the messy work and tidying too.. he was great.

plastering living and dining room plus skimming artex.

Always good to find a quality tradesperson you can trust. Jay was brilliant and provided a highly realiable service at decent value. They were really nice blokes and I can't reccomend them enough. My house is a bit of a mess of a rennovation at the moment. Jay saved me money where he could but went above and beyond to replace one of the two cielings which he couldn't save (a distemper, paper then artex nightmare). I'm very grateful they were able to fit this extra work in for me. it's one of those jobs where I considered trying to do it myself but when I saw the results and quality of JJB's work, i was so glad i chose them to do it. I'm a highly satisfied customer who will be using JJBs for the rest of the house too.
