I initially gave this person a very good review as I thought that he had solved the problem with my underfloor heating. However when if became colder I discovered that the heating had been on very low since he left as without doing anything the temperature began to rise. When It reached 25.5 I managed to turn it off. I have tried to get him to return, been patient and polite and just wanted him to set the unit as ON/off and 21 which I had first asked for. This unit is complicated I know but he has refused to return. I am very upset and annoyed about this, and would not recommend him.

Very courteous and went to the trouble of sourcing the exact replica of our faulty extractor. Job was completed quickly and to quoted cost. Would recommend Jonny and would definitely use again.

Jonathan from JJJ Electrical has done an excellent job for us, listening to that was needed and suggesting what work should be done. Everything was done on time, neatly and of the highest quality. I am really pleased and will definitely use them again.

Jonathan was helpful and informative from the first point of contact to when the job was completed. During the inspection, that was carried out very thoroughly, he informed me of any areas of concern and discussed solutions. Not pushy for the work and he gave me a very honest report, I wanted to ensure the electrics was safe as I had just moved in. I would recommend him to anybody who wants a thorough job being done at a reasonable price.

Jonathan was very good. He was punctual, he was polite, efficient and easy to talk to. The problem was not straightforward and he spent time working methodically through various options until he was really sure that he had it working and I appreciated that. If I should have an electrical problem in the future I would call him first.
