I called to get support with my washing machines and was so happy with the service provided. Not only was my original issues resolved but additional things were asked if I wanted help with. It wasn’t anything pushy just a simple genuine question to see if I wanted any additional help. So I had my oven replaced as well which I was planning but was pleasantly surprised that we could manage all together. I got the best service with extra care while also explaining everything to me as we went. I would recommend for sure, wouldn’t be surprised if family members will be booking in soon.
