    Front door lock repair

    My front door had some wear and tear issues which meant the lock was sticking. I contacted Joe, whose communication from the off was exceptional. He actually arrived early for his appointment and conducted himself highly professionally and efficiently. My door is now in full working order, and Joe was really skilled and knowledgeable in how to fix the problem. He is a trusted and reliable locksmith whose rates are very reasonable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

    Repairing the locks and replacing the door handles

    JJ Locksmiths responded very quickly to my text requesting them to visit and check the problem. Joe is very experienced and straight away identified what and where the problem was, he told me what the cost would be and I accepted. I wanted the job done straightaway so the the doors could be locked securely. Joe was efficient and did a really good job. He made sure that I was happy with the job before he left. I am very happy with the company and would definitely use them again. They are efficient, reliable and knowledgeable.

    UPVC Front door lock had key stuck and would not unlock correctly.

    Initially called two companies both told me I needed full lock replacing and quoted £400+ I then called Joe, after sending him a video he was pretty sure what the issue was and quoted less than half the others. He came round straight away - sure enough it was what he thought and had it fixed the same day. Highly recommend

    We needed locks fitted urgently after the door was damaged. Joe responded quickly, was helpful and turned up in a timely manner. He clearly explained our options, and was efficient in fitting the new lock. Very happy with the service.

    Very good communication, very friendly and did a great job on the lock. Was an educational time as well, and could tell was in safe hands. Quote was also up front and clarified no hidden costs when I asked, that the cost included the lock itself, the callout and fitting.
