Seamless customer journey beginning to end. John was patient and relaxed but very hard working.

I was disappointed in the work carried out. I was left with a non-functional toilet as parts were thrown out by the plumbers. I had given payment to the plumbers in advance expecting the work to have been completed, instead I never received a quote or given a refund for a job that was unfinished..

They were polite, on-time, did exactly what they said they would and they wouldn't perceive with additional work until spoken to me first! Any additional work has a minimal cost.

I would recommend him, great service!

He was very good, I would recommend him. I have used him for a good number of years.
