A man to trust
The immersion heater had failed and Mr Mcrae came immediately, on a Sunday, to replace the old immersion heater Outstanding service and leaving no mess. Prompt, reliable, respectful
Jack contacted us by phone on the morning of the appointment as he was able to fit the work in earlier if it was convenient for us. He was very respectful and understanding of the homeowner's needs, asking if tools / equipment would be in our way. Helpful & Professional Service
A very helpful and professional service. Following a leak in my bathroom I found JJM plumbing on check a trade. After a telephone conversation, he was quick to come round and do an assessment and arrange an appointment to repair the leaking pipe, he provided me with lots of options and advice, he was incredibly helpful and informative.
