  JJones Property Maintenance rejuvenated the back of our house

  JJones Property Maintenance carried out work on the back of our property. This involved painting the back of the house, the supply and fitting of new downpipes and hoppers, to clean out and seal the two valleys in the roofs, to replace timbers on fascia boards and to seal the flat roof. The team did this in stifling heat and were totally professional in their approach. I was kept fully informed of any issues that arose and the fix and cost required to address them. When completed, the scaffolding was removed the following day. Jonathan manages his team well and they come highly recommended.

  Superb Workmanship

  John was very friendly, professional and he worked with efficiency. His workmanship is superb and we are really happy with our new facia, soffits and guttering. I would recommend John 100% (and already have done!)

  Would recommend!

  Had a small job, downpipe and short piece of gutter to be replaced. John quoted and was able to do the job a few days later. Finished to a good standard, would recommend!

  Job Well Done

  The guttering, porch canopy and other maintenance work needed to be done on my house. When the recent heavy rains created waterfalls I found J Jones Property Maintenance on Checkatrade and contacted them. They responded promptly and visited the following day to assess the nature of the job. Repair work to the guttering was done within a couple of days at a price which was very competitive. In less than two weeks the porch canopy was upgraded and looked brand new. J Jones Property Maintenance did a great job, they were very professional and I would definitely use their service in future.

  Double garage gutter replacement with new downpipe

  We replaced the gutter across front of double garage and introduced a downpipe to bottom Aco drain, to overcome serious leakage at a failed joint. The work was discussed, options considered and best solution found. Jonathon expertly and timely supplied and installed the various components. Discussions were held at each stage as works progressed: a small but tricky job requiring experienced installation. Satisfactorily completed, site left clean and tidy and most importantly, no more leaks. Prompt and courteous at all times.
