John was great. Very quick response time, very professional, great with our dog. Located the leak, sourced the required parts and repaired within two hours. Highly recommend.

John came round to look at the job and was full of great ideas for the job at hand. He arrived promptly with the other John on the day agreed to start the job and they were very respectful of my home. John is extremely warm and friendly and Im really pleased with the quality of his work.

John came to replace a broken wall hung toilet. It was an awkward job that had been passed over by other plumbers, but John knew exactly what to do. He assessed it the next day then returned three days later and did the work to an incredible standard. I really appreciated how reliable he was (especially after a few people hadn't got back to me). He called and arrived exactly when he said he would. The work was completed to an extremely high standard and John took away the rubbish and tidied up much better than I do.. Also had a really good laugh with him and his mentor John who came to assist

We recently had our bathroom completed and couldn’t be happier with the result. The team did a perfect job from start to finish. They were professional, reliable, and communicated clearly throughout the whole process. Everything was completed to a very high standard, and they took real care with the details. They also kept the workspace tidy and were respectful of our home at all times. The finished bathroom looks fantastic and exactly how we wanted it. We would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
