Rebuild three garden walls

Luke of JJrBrickwork undertook the rebuild of one garden wall at short notice and did a wonderful job. As a result we got him to rebuild two other garden walls and again with the same result. We cannot give his professionalism more acclaim he really did a wonderful job.

House repointed

JJR brickwork was recommended to us by a friend. We hired them to perform a full repoint of our 1970s property, as there were numerous bricks and corner stones that needed replacement. The work was completed on the scheduled day and was executed to a high standard. The transformation in the appearance of our building was amazing. We would highly recommend this company.

Construction of Porch at the front door

The invoice clearly stated materials payment before commencement of work, with labour costs upon satisfactory completion of the work. During the job, Mr Randall advised that the original door would not fit, so completion of the job and final payment was delayed. I did not change my mind, but had to choose an alternative door. Mr Randall then wanted labour payment, which I refused as the job was not complete. I then received emails accusing me of intimidating his staff, racial abuse towards his colleague I had never met, and attempts to degrade me.

Despite our agreement, this customer did not have the funds to pay for the labour as originally promised. We offered him the opportunity to pay at a later date, with no guarantee of payment upon completion. We take concerns and issues very seriously and have zero tolerance for such behavior towards our staff. Our team is held to the highest standards of professionalism and respect. Thank you for your understanding.

Brick porch and Boundary walling

JJR Brickwork recently built a brick porch and a boundary wall for me. They kept me informed and engaged, and surpassed my expectations. What's more, my neighbor was so impressed with their work that they're now using JJR brickwork for their own. I especially appreciated that they were really courteous to my neighbours, which meant a lot to me. I recommend Jake and his team and I will use again. Thank you for a job well done!
