  James fitted new gutters and fascia’s for me, turned up on time very polite and friendly, did a first rate job and cleared all rubbish leaving things nice and tidy. Price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend him.

• Roof and Guttering Replacement

  Initially we only needed our guttering replaced, a couple of new fascia’s and a soffit looked at. James came to look & gave us a quote. James & his team arrived promptly. Upon closer inspection, James advised us that we would need a new roof as we had slates missing & cracks. We agreed to the quote given & next day scaffolding was erected front & back. James & his team arrived promptly & immediately set to work removing old roof and putting new roof on. Work was completed in a day! All mess was cleared & left tidy .Very happy with guttering and roof, would definitely recommend James.

• Flat roof replacement + pigeon netting round solar panels

  The team were straight talking (that's a positive!) Came when they said they would, did the work promptly and fully cleaned up after they'd finished working. Plus Jim did a follow-up call a day or two later to check all was well - that the flat roof was no longer leaking and the pigeons hadn't got back under the solar panels. The team repeatedly cleaned the gutters (due to the pigeons generating more mess between their visits, not through failure to do it the first time) and fixed a break in the guttering that was causing a loud drip. Very happy with all their work.

• Absolutely exceptional!

  We rang James early on Saturday morning and within 8 minutes he was round to the house assessing the problem. We thought… wow! What a great service! Little did we know that the service was about to get even better. James found the problem with our guttering and within seconds he had the ladders up on the house to fix the issue. Never in my life have I had a tradesman be so polite, courteous and so efficient. James is exceptionally trustworthy and we will be using him now for all future work. We cannot recommend James and his team enough. Thankyou!
