John listened to what I was looking for and surveyed my property for electrical works including an EV charge point. He came on the initial survey and explained the work that would be required and was upfront about the cost. My wife, quite a stickler for tidiness, was concerned that those works would make quite a mess. She need not have worried as the work carried out was very neatly done. I am happy that we now have the charge point and additional sockets as requested, and my dear missus is happy too that we do not require any plastering and decorating. One job, two happy customers.

John who came to look at the jobs gave us real confidence. Hayley in the office was helpful and clear. Adam and James, the young electricians who came to do the job, were a pleasant surprise from the off - they sized up the main job quickly and got on with it logically, improvising around a dodgy bit of ceiling intelligently. They liaised well with us, manoeuvred their ladder around an awkward house with impressive care, coped with dead bees in a roof-space (and admitted they wouldn't have if they'd been alive). A good job done at a good, but not hurried, pace.

The installers where very courteous and tidy, completed the work in good time and discussed the work carried out ensuring I was 100% satisfied before leaving.
