Josh was helpful and able to adjust timing last minute to allow a in depth quote for other work too. Much appreciated.

He responded to my job request, and was prepared to carry out the work at a mutually agreed time. When the previous job was over-running I was informed in good time that he was going to be a hour late. The job was done very well and we have booked him for more work.
