Lads were lovely and job was done well but cameras and alarm keep failing. My business is not insured without the appropriate level of security . I have had to contact them numerous times and recently it’s been 3 weeks without any working alarm system and there not replying to me or answer my calls. Not acceptable.

The fitting was done quickly no problem BUT we have a problem concerning the actual alarm box which we have asked the company to correct. They did advise us that we could climb up the ladder and try to close the box on the wall ourselves!!! I think not , my husband contacted them again last week and he was told they would see to it. The alarm cannot be reset so what use is it. Their office address is only 5 mins away from us. Therefore I would say that the policy of checkatrade is in doubt how can you trust this firm.

Contacted Jeff and he called in on the same day to discuss and explore the best option for the system installation and placement. Competitively priced, friendly yet professional. The team has throughly thought out the location of all cameras and cabling so they were all well positioned and hidden away. Amazing work and would 100% recommend and use them again!

I used JJTV for a recent cctv install, I was able to get a quote by providing a few images and got booked in quickly, the two lads are very friendly and made sure I was happy before they left. The install did throw up a challenge but this was overcome.

First class installation. Professional throughout from initial contact to end of job. Immaculate installation no mess really quick and easy to understand. Highly recommend this team. Worth every penny. Great guys.
