  James was friendly polite and reliable he came to quote then we agreed a date to complete the work and he did a great job my lounge looks fab and fresh and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking handyman

  Installing additional radiators to my heating system

  James was a very helpful nice person was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right he was neat and tidy , and the finished job was spot on would definitely use him agin and recommend him overall job and experience was excellent

  Re-fitting of toilet

  James was very honest. Because we had to have a second hand toilet fitted because the carpet fitters broke our original one, by their Plumber, the toilet wouldn't flush properly so we thought we would have to have a new bathroom suite fitted because ours was a shell one and they don't do them anymore. James came and told us that whatever happens he would have to fix the problem out either way, so instead of us paying for a new suite James fixed the problem with the toilet which worked out a lot cheaper for us. We would recommend James to anyone which we have done already.

  Fixed a leaking toilet, repaired a broken sink plug, resealed tiling and painting

  We have a number of rental properties and use James for all plumbing and painting work. In our home we have used James many times for all sorts of “handyman” jobs. We would not hesitate to recommend James
