Terrace house demolition (front facade retention) and rebuild, 7m rear extension and loft extension.
This was a demolition of a terrace house with a front facade retention which made access to the site quite difficult. It was also technically challenging as we had to install a temporary works structure (assembled on site) to prop the triple storey neighbouring property and then had to engage a piling company to dig piles in the rear extension when we hit mud. Chris dealt with all of this is in his stride and all the professional engineers who we engaged along the way had complete faith in his work which is a resounding endorsement. Full gut and refurbishment of an existing terrace house and adding a loft and 6m rear extension.
This was a large job and my 1st development project so I was very much in the hands of Chris. I'm a Chartered Account by profession so normally very precise and detailed. I found that Chris has those same traits which made him very easy to work with. He has an enormous sense of pride in his work and won't stop until the job is 100% correct. This filled me with a great sense of comfort. The job was completed over 12 months ago and it's testament to the quality of his workmanship that the 'snag list' was almost non-existent and everything is still 100%. New Kitchen Fitting.
Chris and his team did a great job with our kitchen remodel. He was reliable and kept us up to date with progress. A year on, and the kitchen still looks as good as new. My name is Chris and I have been working in the construction industry for over 21 Years.
Since 2019 I have been running my own company JK- Contractors Ltd based in South West London where we provide our services in the surrounding area.
We objectively value the scope of work, and prepare offers based on real prices, offers include materials and labour.
We help in the purchase of building materials; we advise the best solutions.
We deal with comprehensive construction of houses, new builds, loft conversions, single and double extensions, full house refurbishments including plumbing and electrics to interior finishing including painting and decorating.
We work based on a previously made, reliable cost estimate of the investment
Resources of the construction company:
The company employs 15 workers, construction crews consist depending on the scope of the service of from 10 to 30 specialists in the field of groundworks, foundation making, masonry, etc.
We cooperate with teams of roofers, installers, plumbers, electricians, and other professionals necessary to carry out the entire investment.
Our team also includes a construction manager and a project manager.
We can provide a full, professional approach to investment.
We supply our own light equipment for general building work.
We have the option to hire heavy equipment and machines from our regular suppliers, eg: HSS, Travis Perkins.

Our company has been operating on the market since 4 years with over 20 years of experience on construction sites.
We have already completed 10 single-family houses. We built one-storey, and two-storey houses with simple and complicated shapes. We have contacts with previous investors and their references. We also have photos from the construction sites on request.

We prepare a quote within 14 days of contacting us and sending the project.
The valuation includes the cost of labour and material.
After accepting the costs and conditions, we prepare a contract with the investor - we define the dates and other details together. We build based on a contract.
