Jon's response to my emails was fast and efficient. He came and assessed what needed to be done, brought sample books for me to choose from, came back with a quote the same day, I was told that turnaround time was approx 3 weeks, and that was really accurate. We chose a convenient date and time for him to fit the new curtains, which he did very efficiently and cleaned up after himself. He did a lovely job, and the room now looks really nice
