Since the repair I haven't used the oven due to the summer weather. Now that I am cooking in the oven again the food is still taking twice as long than the required time. Therefore the replacement thermostat has not fixed the problem. I have just been told that there was only a 3 month guarantee on the work. I have paid out £173.57 and still have an oven not reaching the required temperature. I am thoroughly disgussed with the service provided and to have someone come out to look at it I would have to pay a further £90. So much for the good jobs guaranteed. I do not recommend this company

Called to book a repair. Arrived without the part so couldn’t complete the work. Rec a message to say they had the part and to follow the link to book another appointment. Followed the link and wasn’t showing any dates. Called on my lunch hour only to be passed to multiple different departments and no one could actually help me book an appointment. Wasted my hour lunch hour. Went back to work and rec a txt to say an appointment had been booked without asking or contacting me to make sure someone would be home. The message also said I could cancel it via the link which also didn’t work.

My dad who is 84 has had no fridge for over 2 weeks 3 different engineers have come out to him first one took £45 off him for a call out fee to just take ice out of the fridge , he assured my dad this has been repaired, nope it hasn't the fridge is still warm , second engineer come out and said you will have to defrost the fridge and await parts third engineer came out today 14/9/22 still not fixed no parts no communication the right arm doesn't know what the left arm is doing absolutely abysmal customer service avoid at all counts my dad wants his money back..

Great lads did what they said and gave me a 4year warranty ask them to come back 3weeks later and they did nice lads

Work completed efficiently and they couldn't have been more helpful in booking the appointment. Highly recommend these guys
