Bathroom leak and resealing
Jake was brilliant. Timely, thorough and really helpful at explaining the root cause, how long it had been going on for, and how best to prevent moving forward. Jake responded quickly to my message and was able to help the same day. He was friendly, polite and professional. He found the “root” of the problem (literally tree roots in the drain!) and dealt with it quickly and cleanly. He left no mess behind and charged a reasonable fee.
