With a broken UPVC door locking mechanism, James came out and both completed a temporary fix in hours so the door would lock, but also identified the correct replacement and fitted it in good time. It was a job well done and the communication was spot on

Excellent finished product and good workman. Not very good at communication and responding to questions but when he did, he gave suitable times for work, did the work quickly and effectively. Would definitely recommend, if you can have time to wait for responses. He fitted a cat flap in a glass panel for us.

Very personable guy. Explained exactly he was doing, why, and charged me fairly. We will only know if the fix is total after we get a downpour but initial indications are good.
