I would highly recommend James. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he was friendly, courteous, and professional throughout. He fitted a cat flap into my uPVC door to a very high standard, and I am delighted with the result. He took great care with his work and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. It was a pleasure to deal with someone so reliable, and I would definitely use James again and recommend him to others.

With a broken UPVC door locking mechanism, James came out and both completed a temporary fix in hours so the door would lock, but also identified the correct replacement and fitted it in good time. It was a job well done and the communication was spot on

Excellent finished product and good workman. Not very good at communication and responding to questions but when he did, he gave suitable times for work, did the work quickly and effectively. Would definitely recommend, if you can have time to wait for responses. He fitted a cat flap in a glass panel for us.
