Very disappointing. The prep work was done successfully but the finish was very poor. The new garage floor was worst than the original and had to be redone using latex which is still not smooth or level. The side alley reconcreting is poor and not level creating puddles when it rains. The garage doors did not fit properly and the workmanship shoddy. In fact, most of the job was amateurish to say the least. The project manager who was not on site during works really did try to rectify but overall I would not recommend at all.

We have been a successful contractor since 2004 and have an exceptional , well-deserved reputation.
I totally dispute the negative feedback from this customer.
Further to our initial site visit, and JKS London providing the customer with our quotation, in which she accepted with no disputes. Once works commenced, we were required to address additional works, which was immediately pointed out and explained to the customer.
We were required to install a concrete lintel to the garage, following Building Regs, as once exposed the old timber in situ was not sufficient to take the load of the brickwork and would not have been compliant. We advised the customer of this, unfortunately, I feel this probably was not allowed for within the customers budget, however JKS London were not prepared to compromise.
On completion of the works our Project Manager visited site to meet with the customer, so that he could walk through the project and to ensure the customer satisfaction. She had a few queries which were dealt with on site and as far as we were informed both parties left satisfied.
