Investigate non-working fridge freezer
Craig came round very soon after the initial request and at the time agreed. Good communication and polite. He conducted a thorough investigation into why my fridge freezer was not working. Sadly it was beyond repair but at least now I can say I've had it looked at and need to buy a new one.
