    I was very impressed with Joe, he responded straight away and kept me up to date with timings. Very personable and friendly. Although the problem wasn't ultimately fixable (solely due to the age of the machine), Joe did a thorough job of testing and explaining what he was looking for. I'd definitely contact him again if needed and would recommend him to others.

    My washing machine machine didn't drain properly last weekend. Contacted Joe through check a trade and he responded within 24 hours. The next day he came to see us and had to order a part. As soon as the part arrived he came back to fit it. Very quick service all round. Friendly and personable. Will definitely be using Joe again if needed!
