Contacted on 13/07/2025 and JLB (Chris) replied same day. Arranged to visit to give a quote on Friday 18/07/2025 but didn't show up. JLB left a message and apologised and another date was arranged to visit, 25/07/2025 between 17.30-18.00. Received a text that day at 16.13 that he's had to get his van towed away as it wouldn't start (complete with image of the van) and he would contact me next week. No contact up to now 04/08/2025. Obviously didn't want the job so why mess about saying he would turn up to give a quote. Not the only decorator so don't choose this one.

Firstly, I want to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. You’re absolutely right — I should’ve followed up properly, and I take full responsibility.My van still isn’t repaired but no excuses,I’m very sorry
