Rip off
Told would take a couple of days. Didn’t do job himself, didn’t turn up on days said would and turned up on days not organised. Asked for money to soppy items which never turned up. “Plastered” to make walls smooth and now look like the surface of the moon. Told labourer ceiling was done, but wasn’t and walls painted, which they used my rolls and brushes for which ended up in bin as not cleaned and left for days. Rip off merchant, don’t use.

Terrible company
Jacob turned up to lay concrete compound. Happy days. Upsold himself for another job to lay laminate. Took the money for the first job and half the money for “materials” for the flooring. Couldn’t prove materials were purchased and never turned up to do the laminate (of course). Ignores messages and phone calls. Endless excuses. To top it off, when I got another labourer in to do the laminate, he has totally messed up the concrete compound and my floor is probably worse than what I was previously.

Cowboy that takes your money!
Wouldn’t use this company if it was given, Jacob’s taken £1440 off us & not even bothered to finish a job within 6 weeks told me would take 5 days tops. Tells your he’s coming on a day & doesn’t turn up, doesn’t get in touch, when does a few days later the excuses are endless. My downstairs is like a building site & he doesn’t care less now even pushing into the 6th week just before Christmas & £1440 down! Every messaged us wanting us to pay for materials for another job he was on, the man is nothing but a joke.

Absolutely fantastic work, I used JLC renovations and maintenance for some tiling I needed doing cannot fault the work. Very professional service. Will definitely use again in the near future. Thanks again Jacob
