Bathroom refurbished
Poor workmanship, lack of communication; contacted the company and no response. We paid in good faith and no receipt from the company.

Old wet room ripped out including tiles and all furnishings
Excellent from start to finish nothing too much trouble had a few problems that they came across which was no ones fault and they problem solved it with minimal stress and they involved us in every decision. Cleared up every evening and disposed off rubbish. Very friendly reliable professional service I can not praise enough. Nice to come across a trade off people that does exactly as you imagined the end product would be. Very highly recommend.

New bathroom installed
I am so pleased with my new bathroom. It is fresh and up to date and looks great. Joe was a pleasure from the beginning of the project to the end. I am so pleased with his design and suggestions for fittings. Thankyou JL Designs.

New bathroom
The service we received from Joe and the team was fantastic from start to finish. He is friendly, professional and really listened to what we wanted. The team including Louise in the office and Billy on site were all so approachable and made us feel at ease. The design and installation went smoothly and we are really pleased with our new bathroom

Complete bathroom
Really happy with Joe and his team at J L Designs. Upon the very first call from the receptionist Lucy, I was put at ease that all trades will be covered and that I would just sit back whilst they dealt with sorting out the bathroom process from start to finish. Upon Joe's visit, he offered a free no obligation 3D design where I could actually see what my bathroom would look like at the end. He did not use the hard sale approach and was more like a friend offering constructive advice. I highly recommend J L Designs and have already passed their details on to my friends and family .

Bathroom Refurbished with bits and bobs
I was very happy with the overall work done. We didn’t have any problems throughout. Always turned up on time. At the end of every day they cleaned up like they weren’t even there. I was so happy I asked them to do some more bits around the house for me. I will be using them again when I get my kitchen done, would recommend.
