Run new hot water pipe from boiler to kitchen sink and condense pipe from boiler to soil pipe.
Apart from the fact that we no longer have the constant noise of a leaky pipe, you would hardly know John was here. Neat job, cleared up after himself and arrived when he said he would. Take out old hot water cylinder and replace with small water heater.
