A good experience - Jack was organised and worked to well to the plans and with the building inspector… all the trades he brought in were cheerful and efficient too. He was easy to communicate with. The quality of the finished work was good - My snagging list was short and easily dealt with. He also worked extremely hard to meet my deadline for completion. I would happy recommend this company.

Without question, Jack Sheppard is one of the best builders I've come across in the Frome area over the last 25 years. He completely renovated our house and totally relandscaped the garden. Over 6 months he and his team went above and beyond to deliver exactly what we wanted and overcame all obstacles along the way. Jack is not only a very competent, conscientious builder, with extensive experience, but he has integrity too. His prices are fair, he's respectful, his communication is excellent, and barely a day went by without someone being on site. Thank you Jack for doing a brilliant job.

Jack recently helped with a renovation at my flat. Extremely professional approach from start to finish. Communication and timekeeping were great with high levels of workmanship. No hassle whatsoever and site was left sparkling clean. Will definitely use again for future projects.
