James replaced the locking mechanism on our upvc porch door in a highly professional manner. He was excellent at communicating his time of arrival at each visit, as the job required a diagnosis of fault and return visit with replacement parts and arrived each time when he said he would. He doesn't charge a callout fee and stuck to the price quoted. I am very pleased and would highly recommend.
