Faultless. John was one of the 1st people to reply to my 'request for quote' message. Some other plumbers gave me a price without asking any questions. John called to check what the job involved, gave me some options and I received a quote within 48 hours that was itemised and competitive. He turned up today and did a fantastic job! Before he left, he went through the boiler and digital thermostat functions and we're back up and running with a new Baxi boiler. Top man. 5 Stars.

John came round, competed the work required which was to cap off a gas pipe to a fireplace, found some additional issues and explained everything to me including taking pictures and showing me the work completed I have used John for a few things now and recommended to other family members and will continue to use John for any future works
