  Excellent local business offering conscientious and knowledgeable work. I was impressed by JLR's service from initial contact, site visit and quote through to completion of the work and aftercare. Friendly, timely, punctual, good communication, honest and diligent. I will 100% call Joe for all future roof work. Can't recommend highly enough.

  Roof maintenance repairs

  Joe quoted for replacing the wooden gable ends on our pitched roof plus a number of smaller repairs - replacing some missing wood tiles, installing some chimney cowls and installing a roof vent for a bathroom extractor fan. Once work started there were problems removing the wooden gable ends so Joe discussed the possible alternative solutions with me and we agreed a plan B. At all stages Joe kept me fully informed and always responded very quickly to any queries I had. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing work done on their roof.

  Joe and his team run a trustworthy and quality roofing service. He diagnosed the problem and made the roof safe during the quote process and maintained strong WhatsApp communication with me through preparation to finish. His team were efficient during the works. Joe reviewed the work afterwards and left the site clean and safe.

  I chose Joe and his team after reading their reviews on Trusted Trader. I was nervous after having many other companies not giving fixed price quotes, and Joe completely alleviated any concerns with his professional manner, his knowledge, clear and immediate communication dealing with any questions I had, and his amazingly polite, thoughtful and hardworking team.   I highly recommend Joe and his team. They are very professional, carry out the work to a good standard and complete the work as promptly as possible. They keep in excellent contact throughout the work, and stick to the estimate. I also have found that Joe and his team are respectful and do not talk down to you if you are not familiar with roofing work and terms. This is important to me. They tried to keep the cost down for us too and did not try to push us into having more work done than we wanted. I would not hesitate to use JLR Roofing Solutions again.
