  Ensure you obtain the final price for any work in writing

  Not a good experience. Following initial survey, a price of £300 was agreed for cutting back two trees, following my father's death. The first tree was handled proficiently. When it came to the second tree, my 88 year old mother was persuaded it actually posed a potential risk to the property/wall/pavement so needed to be removed. A revised price of £850 was given, which we BOTH believed was the revised OVERALL price. On that basis ONLY, we agreed for the tree to be removed . However, we were then given a final bill of £1,100, despite my complaints that this was not what we agreed.

  Excellent work

  I asked for a quote to trim large laurel hedging, and was so impressed by Joe I agreed the price, and had the work done immediately .Very friendly and knowledgeable, and they carried out the work to a high standard, leaving the site clean and tidy.   Reliable quick and tidy.

  Great work , Arrived the next day after speaking on phone to access and advise on the job. Was happy with the quote provided, to remove tree in front garden. 2 days later arrived on time and got straight on with job in hand. Work was quick and prompt removing tree and all leftovers. Great trust as i was not there on the occasions and was happy for bank transfer when i got home.
