I started my company in 2020 after 13 years as a Service & Repair Engineer with British Gas. I specialise in boiler repairs and get great satisfaction in helping customers getting their systems back up and running.

Emergency call out to tenant when heating stopped working
As soon as I had a message from my tenant with a very young baby that the heating had stopped working, I was able to call James. He said he would be able to attend the same day. He was able to get the boiler part and have the heating back up and working within the same day. Tenant, landlord and baby were all happy. The cost for parts and labour wasn't extortionate as I have been charged all sorts by other tradespeople. I would whole heartedly recommend James. He is very professional and gets the job done. His communication was amazing. 10 out of 10.
Change of boiler and updating system
I was orgainsing a plumber for my mother who needed a new boiler. I live abroad so I wanted to find someone that I could trust. Through recommendation I found James and I am so happy I did. He was very professional from the start, very thorough in his work, quick to respond to any queries I had and importantly made my mother feel very relaxed from what could of been a stressful time. My mother only had very positive words for James. Can't recommend highly enough.
Water leak from my combi boiler
James was very efficient, came on the day I called, replaced the leaking part. Very good service, I would use him again
Repairing central heating.
Came quickly and was professional.
Some radiator thermostats didnt work along with trapped air through the pipes
Great service, really friendly. Really knows there stuff when it comes to the issues with the radiators. Also giving a quote for a new boiler as current one is 30 years old. Really helped with pros and cons for combi boiler etc. Would recommend
