  Bathroom Supply & Fit

Perfect - efficient, conscientious, very high quality work and really understanding customer service

John has done an amazing job for me - first with a bath to shower conversion for my 92year old mother, then with a similar but more extensive job for me with sink / loo replacement as well, and then going above and beyond the call of duty to do an emergency repair at short notice where water was leaking through my ceiling from the bathroom of the flat above. He has been very understanding and patient throughout, very efficient, made sure all work requested was done, delivering to a very high standard throughout. I am so glad to have found him and highly recommend JM Bathrooms to others.

John, Andy and team did a brilliant job and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They worked with me to ensure the bathroom was completed exactly the way I wanted it. Tidy, punctual, communicative and friendly, they were a pleasure to have in the house.

  Professional and thorough

John was so professional and thorough! Not only did he fix the issue properly, but he also gave me non-pushy advice for everything that I was considering to improve systems in the future. Very happy with his support.

Excellent bathroom refit, great communication, highly recommended

These guys did a great job of my bathroom refit. I was badly let down by cowboy work from another firm, who I had to sack. John stepped in with all the right questions, organized repair work and was happy to discuss anything about the work from start to finish. They were tidy, neat, very open, helpful and friendly and worked really hard. Amazing what these guys could get done in a day, all to above expected standard. Would highly recommend. They did an excellent job for me. Price was exactly the same as the previous firm so as expected on the costs.
