  Single storey rear extension

  JMB’s unofficial motto is “it’s all in the details” and it couldn’t be more accurate…from steel girders to mastic to the tiniest bit of grout between tiles, no detail is left ignored. The builders themselves were all lovely and a pleasure to see every morning. I’ll actually miss them now that it’s over. I would have no hesitation in recommending JMB for any work needed, I’ve not even been asked or prompted by JMB in anyway whatsoever to even write this review, this is all a genuine account of the entire project. JMB – not 5 stars, but the coveted 6th! It’s been a pleasure!

  Extension and Ground floor total refurbishment

  JMB Design and Build are the most trustworthy people in this area. I had a house extension done. They responded to my queries promptly, completed the project within the budget (including minor additions to the scope of works) and in a very reasonable timeframe. The workers treated my house and family with at most respect. We continued to live in the liveable area and work itself progressed without any disruption. I carried the design via an external architect. In the hindsight I will most definitely request the design from JMB’s firm directly. Since they took care of all the inspections required

  Patio rebuilt

  The patio has been worked on promptly and to high standard. James has been helpful throughout the process. The whole team has been mindful about being tidy and our neighbours.

  New build, 3 bedroom end of terrace dwelling.

  Very helpful and polite, punctual and knowledgeable guys. They built a 3 bedroom new build for me from start to finish and they did exactly what they said they would and were supposed to. They were on budget and even finished earlier than expected so really happy. Would happy recommend them and was only to happy to leave this review.

  Large kitchen extension.

  We are very pleased with our kitchen extension. James has done an excellent job. He sets himself high standards and he is only content when these are achieved. This has culminated is a very successful project. We would not hesitate in recommending James.
