Unreliable and poor communication
Contract and work started off ok but then we had ended up with 4 different cleaners in as many months. We decided to cancel as there was only 1 week in the last 7 where a cleaner was available. We’ve been using JM-Clean for a few months now, and their consistency is what sets them apart. It is such a relief to come home on cleaning days to a spotless, fresh-smelling house.
